Here is my turtle mask I made.
I made it out of paper to start with and taped it all together then I drew around it onto card. I then drew on the shell pattern and painted it. after it dried I used a marker pen to do the details on the shell.

This is the most fantastic mask I’ve seen! It clearly looks like a turtle with your fantastic green paint, the pattern on the shell and even the flippers. Wow! This mask is too cool.
I think I’ll have to share your post and instructions with others. My daughter and I made a mask but we found it a bit tricky, particularly when making the eye holes. I think we will get some card, paint and pen and follow your instructions next time as your mask looks very professional.
I am so impressed by your artistic skills. I can’t wait to see what you create next!

What an amazing job you’ve done creating your Turtle Mask! The patterns you included are so detailed and beautiful—I can tell you put a lot of effort into designing something unique and eye-catching. Your description of how you made the mask was fantastic too; it really helped me imagine the steps you took to create it.
One idea for next time might be to add some colour or texture to your mask to make it stand out even more. For example, you could experiment with shades of green and blue or even add some shiny or 3D elements to reflect a turtle’s shell!
If you could create a mask for another marine animal, which one would you choose, and why?
